We are often asked how we work so we decided to show you in more detail here.
First our customers come to the show room for a free initial appointment with one of our interior stylists. At this point our stylist will help you narrow down some possible options by showing you our product range, and ascertaining your requirements and taste preferences. It’s best to allow about an hour for this process.
You might be looking to do anything from one window or wall, one room or even a whole house.
Then we order free samples for you mailed directly to your home. Our advice at this point is that you are making a short list of possible options. Seeing the samples in your own home under different lighting conditions will help you narrow down your choices.
It can take a few visits to the show room to work out your shortlist. Once you have a general direction in mind, based on your show room visit, we then offer a free home visit. We offer this service so that you can feel confident about your colour and style choices.
And there’s more
We also offer a moodboard service for £100 per room where we come to you. Again, colour confidence is what we do.
We offer a hand finished, made to measure service for all of curtains and blinds. We will measure up and advise you on the best window furnishing solutions for your requirements.
We can also reupholster your furnishings, bringing them back to life so that your whole home sings.
